Key Club and Kiwanis Kids

What can Key Club members do?

Step 1

Contact your Kiwanis sponsor and share these exciting projects. If the Kiwanis club already sponsors a program, join in and help.

Step 2        

Charter a K-Kids club or order a Terrific Kids or Bring Up Grades program kit.

Step 3        

Serve your community.

Here are ways to provide support to program participants.

K-Kids community service club

         Support K-Kids club members.

         Train club officers.

         Assist members with service projects.

         Invite members to Key Club service projects.

         Organize a Kiwanis family project and include K-Kids.

         Organize a K-Kids conference for the clubs in your area.
 

Terrific Kids character development program

         Become a Terrific Kids character coach.

         Read character-focused books and lead discussion.

         Host a movie night to recognize participants.

         Organize a character-building poster campaign.

         Teach a “how to set goals” class.

Bring Up Grades academic achievement program

         Mentor Bring Up Grades participants. 

         Read to students.

         Listen while students read to you.

         Organize a book swap.

         Host a weekly homework help session.

         Teach a how to study class.
